Julen 2010
Så kom då äntligen dagarna man väntat på hela december. Ingenting var sig likt den här julen. Till exempel så hade vi, kvällen innan julafton, inte handlat så många klappar än. Vendla och jag åkte upp på Hemse i värsta ovädret och det var nästan inget folk alls i affärerna. På några timmar hade vi fyllt bilen med klappar och mat och vi åkte från Hemse med riktig julstämning. De fina ljusgirlangerna över Storgatan, pyntet i skyltfönstrena och snön som yrde.
Hemsehandlarna sa också att ingenting var sig likt den här julen. Så lite folk som det varit i Hemse denna december hade de aldrig varit med om förr.
- Det har inte ens varit kö till fiskaffären, sa en av dem dystert.
Jag tror faktiskt kvällen innan julafton var det bästa av alltihop. Jag satt uppe till klockan halv två på natten och slog in paket och rimmade. Barnen börjar bli så stora nu så de vill ha rim på alla klappar, något jag faktiskt inte uppfyllde i år.
- Fy! Mamma! Det ska vara rim! Om kalsonger och sånt man skrattar åt, gnällde Henning högljutt.
Han gillar lite ekivoka rim, den lille sexåringen. Tyvärr får jag ingen hjälp av fadern i rimstugan för inte är han speciellt ekivok och inte kan han rimma någonstans. På sin höjd kan han rimma en julskinka, men sen tar det stopp.
Finaste Missi firade sin första jul vid Hägsarve. Missi kom till oss i våras. Hennes matte och husse flyttade till Visby och tyckte att Missi, som var van vid att bo på gård i Lau, skulle slippa lägenhetslivet. Lukas är dessutom jätteallergisk mot katter. Katthemmet omplacerar ju katter hela tiden, all ära till dem. Och kanske har de massor av erfarenheter som vi skulle ha tagit reda på. Jag kan säga att det har tagit nästan ett år för oss och Missi att vänja oss vid varandra. I början längatde hon hem till Lau mest hela tiden. Hon pratade bara om att allt var bättre i Lau och sen gick hon ut. Nu kommer Missi inte bara in för maten längre utan hon har börjat komma in för att vara med oss. Gosa med barnen i soffan. Titta vad vi gör. Vara med ute hos lammen. Sova i min säng. Och jag får pussa henne på nosen. Men ännu är hon lite sur ibland, speciellt när, i vårt tycke supertöntige Elof, är närvarande. Då fräser hon och skriker, till synes helt utan anledning.
- Så är det med fruntimmer, säger Hemmansägaren då och tar henne i försvar.
Jag brukar bli lite vemodig vid vissa högtider. Examen är en sådan, då händer det ganska ofta att jag gråter, för att det är så högtidligt och för att vissa elever på nåt sätt får sin revansch, de får lön för all möda. Jag gråter också då jag ser mina barn i luciatåg. Eller på simtävling. Eller bara ihop med andra barn på skolgården 
Den här julen blev jag väldigt vemodig. Jag vet egentligen inte varför jag blev så sentimental. Kanske var det vädret. Kanske var det för att mamma inte vågade sig ut till Hägsarve. Kanske var det för att mina syskonbarn inte var på Gotland.
Eller så var det den goda valnötssnapsen som Marie och Daggan kom med.
Ja, ja, det var tur att vissa andra höll ställningarna.
- Jiiiihaaa, nu kommer tomten!
Glömde säga, jag gråter lite när tomten kommer också. Eller får åtminstone nåt tjockt i halsen.
Han var ju för fin, årets tomte.
Han hade mycket att göra vid Hägsarve för det var många klappar och många rim.
En tomte med blå ögon, förra årets tomte hade bruna. Och en tomte som kom gående till fots. Njaej, inte ens storbarnen har kunnat gissa vem det var.
Tomten läste rimen klart och tydligt, han mumlade inte i skägget precis.
Här får Henning en bössa. Jag kan säga att jag ångrar den klappen lite för här har skjutits hela julhelgen.
- En ny intifada, har Jonas suckat bakom sin julklappsbok.
Hej då finaste tomten! Hoppas vi ses igen nästa år!
Det är ju förmätet, När alla samtidigt vill ut på nätet var rimmet till den här klappen.
Idag, annandagen, ville jag faktiskt ut på nätet litet men då var lap-topen spårlöst borta. Vaaaar kunde den vara, tror ni?
Inte så svårt att gissa va? Vendla ligger och tittar på en av filmerna i Stieg Larson-triologin.
Juldagen installerade jag routern och fick det faktiskt att funka, trot eller ej! Riktigt så lätt som de sa på Elitservice i Hemse att det skulle vara var det ju inte. Man fick en del frågor under inställningen som jag såklart inte kunde svara på men efter lite meck och med Emriks hjälp så gick det till slut. Nu funkar det trådlösa nätverket i hela huset utom i köket. Jag har köpt en extra antenn som jag ska prova att installera också. Tror ni en extra antenn hjälper? Man vill ju gärna kunna lyssna på Spotify då man lagar mat… Elitservice sa att jag kan lämna tillbaka antennen om det inte funkar och så får vi dra en kabel istället.
Jag handlar, som bekant, helst allting här ute på Sudret för då får man bra hjälp och slipper åka till stan då det krånglar, eller ännu värre, packa ner och skicka grejerna till fastlandet. Jag tror inte det blir dyrare att handla i Hemse heller. Jag handlade massor med tillbehör till lap-topen, extra högtalare bland annat för när man ska se film, väska, router och Emriks klossar, och jag fick ett jättebra paketpris på alltihop. Plus att jag vet att hjälpen bara är tio minuter bort när det krånglar. Så är det med alla affärer på Hemse! Åk till Hemse och handla!
Emrik fick som sagt några “klossar” som gör att man, via routern, kan koppla upp hans Playstation också. Vi fick även det att funka efter lite meck så nu kan han spela online. Utan klossarna hade man varit tvungen att ha en sladd liggande i vindstrappan.
Annars har det byggts med lego, både tekniklego och vanligt.
Elof hade jättekul med alla kartonger och snören. Han är väldigt mycket barnsligare än Missi som inte alls bryr sig om sådant trams.
Annars så är julen en tid för oss då vi har extra tid att umgås med alla djur.
Hästarna till exempel. Reflexjackan var en julklapp som syns! Jättebra!
( Nog inte alla storesyrror som kan få sin lillebrorsa att ställa upp och leda hem hästar…buhu, det kan få mig att gråta lite också, när barnen är gulliga mot varandra…)
Vi jobbar med unghästen Salama en liten stund varje dag. Han är jättesnäll och Vendla kan till och med trava på honom.
Julen är också en tid då man har möjlighet att träffas om umgås. Här umgås vi lite med Harri och hans sambo på juldagen.

Nu har vi några dagars ledigt. Den här boken ska läsas ut. Själv har jag inte riktigt ro att lägga mig och läsa men Jonas berättar en del för mig. Om hur det var i 50-talets Sverige till exempel. Tage Erlander, statsminister, bodde med sin fru Aina och två pojkar i en helt vanlig trerumslägenhet i Stockholm. När man så köpte in Harpsund till statsministerbostad så tyckte Tage det var lite onödigt. Aina däremot tyckte det var bra för hon tyckte det var lite trångt att ta emot statsbesök i den lilla lägenheten. Det var tider det! Och här frossar man i lap-tops och allt möjligt då det är jul när Per-Albin Hansson skrev sina brev själv, utan sekreterare, på en helt vanlig skrivmaskin. Nä, jag ångrar mig, jag ska nog läsa den där boken jag också. Kanske blir man en bättre människa då.

Vi känner inte varann men du bjuder så generöst på din familjs liv att jag tänker vi är grannar. Tja, grannar i internetrymden i alla fall. Läser dina inlägg ofta. Att du hinner!!! Det är så fint med människor som blir sentimentala och rörda över godhet. Barnens omtänksamhet mot varandra beror på förebilderna, ni föräldrar. Förresten Mien är en rund sjö i södra Småland, en meteorit- eller kratersjö. Därom tvista de lärde. Rund och väldigt bra för att segla i. Där finns stenen ryolit på en ö mitt i sjön. Det kanske kan bli en semestertur dit?

En sak till nu när ni har trådlöst nätverk vilket är underbart men också kan vara farligt eftersom datorn kan hamna var som helst.
Säg till Vendla att ALDRIG ha datorn i sängen med en kudde, eller något i tyg undertill, det är brandfarligt!!!
Stoppa en tjock bok eller allra helst en träskiva eller något liknande under.
För något år sedan ett hus som brann ner med barn och föräldrar på grund av en dator som började brinna i en soffa. Kort sagt, det måste vara luftigt under datorn så att fläktarna kan jobba ordentligt.

Vilken fin tomte! Synd att man missade den,men Szabo och jag hade en mycket opretantiös jul och jag var glad att få vara hemma,elda och skotta även om jag saknade er. Vi hade ju en trevlig stund igår, sedan jag varit och tränat. Bra att ni köpt en dator till så du kan få jobba utan stress.
