Hej!
Jo, vi mår bra. Men vi är inne i en arbetsintensiv period. Kom på mig själv att jag inte ens lagt ut mina senaste Mejl från gården, måste göra det snarast. Vi håller på att skriva nytt arbetstidsavtal på jobbet och jag har engagerat mig väldigt i det och till och med blivit lokalombud för min fackliga organisation. Jag tycker det är oerhört intressant och roligt med det där fackliga och alla turer runt avtalet. Jag lär mig massor med nya saker och tycker det är kul när man kan vara med och påverka. Men det tar massor med tid…..Och många möten är i Visby….
Har jag visat er skogsnissarna? De små smurfarna vi lånat in för att slutbeta vår naturbetesmark nere vid Petes?
Han som står närmast i bild heter Konrad, eller Rasmus var det visst. Åhh, de är såå söta! Men nu är det nog snart slutbetat för i år och smurfarna, eller de små marsvinen, ska åka hem till sitt igen. Det är väldigt lätt att ha hästar. KRAV är inte ett dugg intresserade av dem och de går utanför alla kontroller och transportdokument och förflyttningsregister. Betar fint gör de också.
Storhästarna har vi tagit hem nu till barnens höstlov. Stora syrran myser med dem och rider vareviga dag.
Jag bara älskar att stå och se på tackorna när de äter frukt. Vi river faktiskt inte äpplena men det kanske man borde. Vi har inte haft någon som satt i halsen men jag har hört att det kan hända. Det fanns en äppelkvarn vid Hägsarve när jag var barn men vart den tagit vägen vete fåglarna. Får fråga mor om det finns någon vid Vesterby. Ger ni era lamm hela eller malda äpplen?
Se vad de njuter! Och det låter så härligt när de äter frukt!
Vi har plockat så mycket frukt i år som jag aldrig varit med om förr. Det ska vara ett dåligt äppelår men inte vid Hägsarve. Stainkörkarna är fantastiska.
Hösten är ovanligt vacker i år också. Kan bero på det fina vädret vi har haft senaste veckan. Kanske inte så mycket sol men uppehåll och torrt. Och grannen har fått upp sina potatisar och har nu gått över till morötter. Vi håller tummarna för torrt väder någon vecka till. På fastlandet har de visst stora problem med att få upp potatisen för att det är så vått.
Min kompis Jenny har nu åkt hem. Men vi fick lite tid med varandra. Hon kom ut till oss en dag till. Vi gick en långpromenad och sedan tog vi vara på ett lamm som skadat benet och som vi slaktat.
Full koncentration. Kanske lite ovanlig miljö för Jenny som far världen runt till olika universitet och föreläser.
Det är roligt med kompisar som man känt länge. Det är roligt att höra dem berätta om familj och syskon. Här berättar Jenny om sin bror som är Sveriges ambassadör för Arktis. Han är den enda ambassadören som inte behöver bo på det ställe han är ambassadör för….Jenny visar här att i och med att isen smälter uppe i Arktis så blir det möjligt att frakta gods med fartyg uppe i de norra farvattnen. Läskigt men också intressant.

Vi hade ju aldrig lamm, men vi gav äpplen till grisarna. Man fick inte ge dem för mycket påstod svärfar, för då kunde de få ont i tänderna.?!

Ha, ha, tänderna?Menade han att de fick hål i tänderna? Jag minns att vi gav grisarna äpplen också. Och att faffa kokade all överbliven, mjuk potatis på våren i brygghusgrytan och gav till hönsen. Vilken tid de hade att måka med allting. Men hönsen tyckte det var jättegott!

Hej! Fullt upp som vanligt. Vackert m får o äpplen. Lokala avtal? Låter spännande. Hörde nyligen att man kan förhandla om 40 tim arbetsvecka o 5 förtroendetimmar o ändå ha loven kvar. Löneförbättring sker till detta. Är det så ni förhandlar? Är med i Lärarförbundet.
