Murr så kallt och mycket snö det är. Jag har spännande bilder från mitt besök i Sproge kyrka med pensionärerna. Men tills jag hinner ladda upp dem så får ni läsa Hemmansägarens krönika som var publicerad i onsdagstidningen, HÄR! eller läs här nedan. Han har fått mycket beröm för krönikan. Miljöpartiet har hört av sig och sagt att de tyckte det var mycket bra skrivet och att de gärna vill värva honom. Får se hur det går med det. Just nu är den store krönikören på Centerns kommundagar i Malmö.

KRÖNIKA
Jo, häromsistens på regionstyrelsen pratades det detaljplan för Snäckområdet. Och länge pratades det också. Ärendet är ju tio år gammalt så det är inte helt lätt för någon att reda ut alla turer. Som alltid när frågorna blir utdragna i tid så blir det fler och fler aspekter att ta hänsyn till och antalet redan ömma tår ökar exponentiellt med tiden. Själv satt jag och tänkte att ledningskontoret får anställa en historiker som sammanfattar de här segdragna ärendena för oss som inte varit med sedan bronsåldern. Det skulle kunna låta ungefär: ”Det hände sig vid den tiden då Carl Bildt var Kejsare i Sverige och Jan Lundgren var ståthållare i kommunen…”.
Jag var inbjuden till Linde centeravdelning häromkvällen. Det var avdelningsstämma. Det är ännu några tappra själar som håller igång det politiska livet på gräsrotsnivå men nog är det en flämtande låga. Vad händer när den partipolitiska verksamheten helt och hållet övergår till en centraliserad och professionaliserad apparat som utgår från närmaste tätort, i bästa fall från Visby men mer troligt centrerad till Stockholm?
Annars diskuterade vi de politiska frågor som varit aktuella såsom skolan och vården.
På vägen hem tänkte jag att det ändå är helt fantastiskt att få bli inbjuden till Linde gamla skola och sitta och diskutera riktiga och viktiga saker med kloka människor en helt vanlig söndagskväll i januari. Men lite är det som Paulus besök hos de första små kristna församlingarna fantiserade jag när jag åkte hem i vintermörkret.
En annan rolig resa gjorde jag till Uppsala tillsammans med några av våra seniora medborgare. Hemse utveckling ville titta på trygghetsboenden och låta sig inspireras av Uppsalahem. Vi fick ett fantastiskt mottagande av kommunen i det stora nya kommunhuset och sedan en proffsig rundvandring av två ungdomar i ett nybyggt trygghetsboende. I Uppsala byggs det så mycket alla bara hinner med, även trygghetsboenden. Varför skulle vi inte kunna göra det här? Ett trygghetsboende är i all korthet ett boende för dig som är över 70 år. Till boendet finns ett gemensamhetsutrymme som viss tid på dygnet är bemannat. Det fina är att det finns möjlighet till gemenskap och viss service och hjälp från en personal.
Jag har förstås funderat på det där med den nya chefens lön också. Någon skrev i tidningen att det nästan inte skilde något i lön mellan honom och statsministern. Nej, kanske inte men när jag räknade efter så skilde det typ min lärarlön. Nästan ingenting kanske men också ett exempel på hur stora siffror kan göra en fartblind.
Det finns en övertro på chefer. Det är som om vi går runt och väntar på Messias. Lyssna mer på oss som jobbar på golvet i stället. Just nu finns en tendens i kommunen att cheferna och förvaltningarna hellre kommer i konflikt med sina anställda och med fack.
Det är som om vi arbetare är någon svårhanterlig materia som man måste vara en alldeles särdeles jävel till chef för att hantera. Vi har sett det på lasarettet, på mitt eget jobb och nu verkar det blåst upp en liten konflikt kring hur det nya F-huset ska inredas.
Vi behöver ett mer konstruktivt samtalsklimat. Då kanske fler än 46 procent av de anställda kan rekommendera regionen som arbetsgivare.
